Project name: Vision design / culture implementation and personnel development as an experience
In a company-wide process, the goal of this project is to design a challenging, desirable vision in collaboration with the Executive Board and executives of all levels, to integrate the employees into the process and to subsequently put this vision into practice in the company. The main challenges in this project were and are to institute the associated change company-wide, to get things moving, to set aside habit-bound structures, to eliminate the fear of change, to define a desirable future, and to generate willingness on the part of management and staff to engage in something new. This is a project that leaves a visible mark and has a positive and permanent influence on the corporate strategy and culture.
