Project name: Vision development / culture implementation and personnel development as an experience
In a company-wide process, the goal of this project is to develop a challenging, desirable vision in collaboration with the Executive Board, the top management and executives at all levels while integrating all 4000 employees into the process and subsequently putting this vision into practice in the company. The main challenges in this project were and are to launch the associated change company-wide, to get things moving, to set aside familiar behavioural patterns, to generate willingness on the part of the management and staff to engage in something new; also to provide the executives with the necessary framework and tools and to enable them to implement the associated challenges and goals in concert with their employees. This is a project that leaves a visible mark and has a positive and permanent influence on the corporate culture. Following successful implementation of the new vision, the airport continues to place its trust in us in order to jointly press ahead with the on-going and sustainable culture change and to focus staff on the implementation of the vision, to develop corresponding management techniques and to devise and implement a coordinated executive development programme.
