It is first necessary to lay the foundations for awakening new attitudes and to bring about a sense that a new era is about to dawn in the individual spheres of activity and hence also throughout the entire company.

 

This basis is the prerequisite for the emergence of a sense of orientation in the ongoing training process, ranging from practising skills and the fine tuning of management technique to the optimum cooperation of all employees according to the vision and management guidelines and/or the corporate strategy.
