Schmid Consulting GmbH is active world-wide with a team of highly experienced consultants and trainers. After graduating in economic and business education and subsequent training in the USA and Asia, CEO Hansjörg Schmid began his career in the group headquarters of the globally-active company HILTI AG in the Principality of Liechtenstein. These were exciting and dynamic years, which he was successfully able to help shape in his capacity as the head of executive and personnel development.

After several years managing a medium-sized enterprise, his focus for many years has become advising individuals and organisations. 

An acknowledged expert for change processes, he, his team and selected network partners “consciously seek to transcend limits in the further development of organisations and the cross-border development of the awareness of individuals”.
